The Plan tab lets organization administrators view their current subscription, compare available plans, and switch between them. Each plan includes a set amount of storage and seats. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; proration is applied to your next invoice.
Understanding subscription plans
Hintyr offers tiered subscription plans for different team sizes and storage needs. Each plan includes a monthly price, a set amount of included storage, a seat limit, and a per-GB overage rate for anything beyond the included amount.
- Growth - $150/month, 1 GB storage, 1 seat. Ideal for solo practitioners and small matters.
- Business - $750/month, 8 GB storage, 5 seats. Designed for teams that need collaborative review and more storage.
Included features
Each plan card displays a feature checklist so you can compare what's included at a glance. AI-powered review, cloud storage connections, and production exports are available on all plans. Higher tiers add benefits like extra seats and priority support.
Changing your plan
To switch plans, select a different plan card and click Change Plan. A confirmation dialog shows the differences between your current and selected plan: price, storage, overage rate, and seat count. Proration is applied to your next invoice, so you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading to a plan with fewer seats than your current member count? You'll need to remove members first to meet the new seat limit. The confirmation dialog tells you exactly how many members need to be removed before the downgrade can proceed.
Grandfathered plans
If your organization is on a plan that's no longer available to new subscribers, a banner marks it as grandfathered. You can keep using it, but switching to a current plan is one-way. You won't be able to switch back.
Permissions
The Plan tab is only visible to organization administrators. Regular members see a message directing them to contact their admin for plan changes.
