The Notifications tab controls whether you receive email notifications from Hintyr. Toggle the switch to enable or disable all email notifications, including updates, promotional messages, and alerts about your account and cases.
How email notifications work
Hintyr sends email notifications to keep you informed about activity on your account and cases. The Notifications tab provides a single toggle that controls all emails at once. Toggle on: you receive updates, promotions, and alerts. Toggle off: all emails are suppressed.
Types of email notifications
Email notifications from Hintyr may include:
- Account alerts - Security notifications, password changes, and login activity.
- Case updates - Notifications about case activity, new members added, and processing status.
- Billing updates - Invoice receipts, payment confirmations, and subscription changes.
- Product updates - New feature announcements and important platform changes.
Toggling notification preferences
Click the All email notifications switch to toggle emails on or off. The change saves automatically. A brief confirmation message appears when your preference updates. If the save fails, the toggle reverts to its previous state and an error message appears.
Permissions
The Notificationstab is available to every Hintyr user. You control your own notification preferences. Organization administrators cannot change another member's notification settings.
